The client

NovaMed Diagnostics runs 18 clinics across three states. Despite strong patient volume, their reporting team was a 6-person bottleneck producing reports manually from fragmented EHR data.

The situation

A 14-day average reporting delay was causing downstream billing failures. Physicians were chasing results, and compliance risk was mounting. The ops lead had flagged the issue for two years with no resolution.

What we did

We deployed a multi-agent pipeline: one agent ingested and normalized EHR exports, a second drafted clinical summaries, a third flagged anomalies for human review. Integration with their billing system closed the revenue loop.

The results

Reporting turnaround dropped to 48 hours within 90 days. $1.8M in previously missed billing codes was recovered in the first quarter post-launch.

"We'd tried three software vendors before. This was the first time the system actually understood what our team needed instead of making us adapt to it."
